Pros
Working at Lazorpoint has been one of the most energizing and meaningful parts of my career. What sets this company apart is simple: we genuinely care about people, and we operate with a level of clarity and alignment you don’t often find in the IT and cybersecurity space. As a leadership team, we invest heavily in our culture, not because it’s a buzzword, but because it’s the foundation of how we serve clients and support each other. Expectations are clear, growth is encouraged, and good ideas can come from anywhere in the company. If you’re someone who wants to think, contribute, and make an actual impact, you’ll thrive here. We hold ourselves to a high standard, not just in technical excellence but in how we show up for each other. Collaboration is real, communication is straightforward, and we celebrate wins while also tackling challenges head‑on. There’s a strong sense of accountability, but it comes with support, not pressure. Lazorpoint is a place where: You’re trusted to do great work. You’re surrounded by people who want to get better every day. You feel the difference your contributions make, for clients and for the team. If you’re looking for a company with strong values, real leadership, and a commitment to both people and performance, Lazorpoint is the place to be.
Cons
Not applicable, if you want to succeed here you can.
Pros
The camaraderie in the office, the ability to lean on other team members for support, and the opportunity to learn every day, as well as a culture of winning the day and striving for advancement.
Cons
I can not really think of any. I have only good things to say about the team as well as management.
Pros
Supportive team and management. The company culture assures high standards and excellence. There are opportunities for professional growth and development. Diverse learning, skill development, projects, and a supportive environment help me become more adaptable to changes in technology, gain more knowledge, and achieve professional development.
Cons
sometimes tickets volume gets stressful.
Pros
I've been working at Lazorpoint for the past 3 years, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every single day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. Whether it's troubleshooting across different client environments, working with remote desktops and virtual machines, or diving deep into Microsoft-based technologies. The variety of work keeps things exciting. No two days are the same, and you're constantly exposed to different systems, users, and business models. It's a great place to build a well-rounded skill set and sharpen your problem-solving abilities. The culture encourages continuous learning and collaboration. You're not just solving tickets, you're growing as an engineer. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically diverse environments and enjoys being challenged daily, this is a great place to be.
Cons
The company does skew younger, so the culture can feel very Gen Z at times. While it's a friendly and casual environment, communication styles or slang may not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you’re used to a more traditional workplace setting.
Pros
> Provide IT support to many different clients so there is a lot of variety in issues and environments which always keeps you learning > Great team, culture, and office-space > Growing company so lots of opportunity > Young staff, great place to start as an intern or out of college > Provide you with everything you need to be successful at your job > Good benefits, perks, and fair pay
Cons
> Learning Curve can be steep at first, lots of people to help you though > Management prefers in-office, a hybrid setup could be nice if you have a long commute
Pros
I have only been a part of the Lazorpoint team for a short time now, but I can say that this company stands out against all others. The supportive atmosphere within the team and a wonderful office culture where everyone is willing to put in the extra hand makes you feel as if you are truly making a difference each day. The leadership team is very approachable and open to any feedback along with having a strong sense of employee wellness and growth. There is plenty of opportunity to learn new things or challenge yourself with different projects that dip into different parts of the company to enhance your professional development. Lazorpoint offers a good work-life balance with flexible hours and strong benefits and reasonable/attainable expectations and goals.
Cons
No negative thoughts come to mind when I think about Lazorpoint, I have only had positive and supportive experiences so far!
Pros
This company is by far one of the best places to work. Hands down. The communication and dedication of all of the team is outstanding. Each day I don’t think I can enjoy more than I already do, but I truly do! Communication with superiors And subordinates is very important here as well as education to grow within the office is a high priority.
Cons
Things for the IT service techs can get busy when things arise and pull people from being available, but that is short lived.
