Not many. There can be overload of workload but that's not on the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I'll be honest, this is in stark contrast to both my perception (perhaps obvious), but more importantly to what we hear is the experience of most Kognites. We have plenty of anonymous continuous feedback and pulse tools. It’s pretty opposite to how I’ve heard Kognity be described in these contexts. With that said I see there is clear frustration here on how you experienced it and I hope you have found a place that is a better fit for you. I take your feedback in and will think about what might have gone wrong here. If you would like to provide further details, I’d be really happy if you’d like to email me more specifics about your feedback. Thanks for taking the time to share it Hugo

      Kognity as a company-overall review

      Pros

Great people - just the working people not upper management Great benefits- Allowance 5000 SEK per year to spend on gym Vacation days- 30 per year Working from home - but not as flexible hours as you work with people from USA so you need to be available in the evening

      Cons

Where do I begin. I liked working here before they made two major reorganization in the company in the last year. The last one being in March where they decided to go with AI first approach and then they didn’t know how to handle such a big change. The CEO didn’t even offered support to middle managers and upper management used the situation to get rid of people they didn’t like.

Thank you for sharing this. We're glad the people, and some other things, have been a positive part of your experience here. I realize I am answering almost a year later but thought it'd be important to respond as I saw this now. In 2025, we made the decision to fundamentally shift how we build and deliver our product with an AI-first approach. The change we decided was not a small one, and it touched every part of the company, and product teams in particular. Reorganizations like that are never easy, and I realize there were many people impacted by the decision who were not part of making it. Honestly, my belief is that big strategic company shifts need to be informed by people in the teams, but ultimately decided by the CEO who is at least supposed to have the balanced perspective between operational realities and long term competitiveness / opportunities. When that has been done though, it needs to be communicated clearly and explained in terms of the why, what, how, with extra attention to the why. We are seeing, in my view, huge outcomes starting to come out of that top-down change as we are gathering much more speed as an organization compared to 1 or 2 years ago. The contrast is big! With that said, I realize it was an uncomfortable change for many people, with unclarity during the transition period. I also believe that a certain amount of unclarity will always exist at Kognity given the speed with which we have the ambition to move and continue to pivot to new tooling and the evolving market. With this said, we do work hard to make that as digestible and manageable for all team members as we can, and we obviously did not do a good job here. I want to apologize for that. We're committed to doing a better job at that than we did here, and feedback like yours helps us stay honest about where we need to do better. We care about this team and the experience people have here. We appreciate you taking the time to write this, so thank you again for that. Best Hugo
