Overall compensation package is great. Very patient focused - people care about the work that they do. Interesting technology.

Went through a lot of change, folks were folded into Gilead, where they did not want to be a part of. Was a autonomous (100% owned by Gilead) and now it's more of a division. There was no clear benefit of folding a company with a completely different business model into a larger business. less autonomy for decision making.

The culture at Kite was great.

I can't think of any downsides in particular.
