      Pros

      Wfh and hybrid Nice colleague

      Cons

      1. No progression, no fairness , unachievable goals , micro-managing,only certain people get the opportunities to learn new processes, name and shame meeting culture,no team building , no challenges and no bonus,no transparency , no career development , Really low pay raise even below the national wage, only top management getting the promotion, Team acquisition useless and last not least nepotism, the list goes on

Organization is fine but they have very less pay

      Senior analyst
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good company policies from higher management

      Cons

No pay raise happen without politics and lot of things you have to do before expecting any increment

Trust and growth opportunities hindered by outdated processes

      Director
      Current employee
      New York, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Ownership, independence, trust. Opportunities for growth. Breadth of knowledge. Unlimited PTO. Flexibility. Great people.

      Cons

Archaic, convoluted processes that slow down and prevent you from doing your job. It is NOT easy to get a raise or a promotion, even when you work on the most prestigious accounts.

      Avoid at all cost

      Team executive
      Current employee
      London, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Work from home approach which has been introduced during pandemic, has been implemented into work schedules pretty much permanently.

      Cons

When you join, the salary is pretty much minimum pay and annual salary increases never cover inflation - a salary raise of 3% would be considered generous by Kantar standards. The ONLY possible way of getting a decent pay rise is to get a promotion but these are not that common and there's multiple people working over 10 years at the same salary level as the starter that just joined last week, When you are being promoted then you're expected to learn a lot of specialist knowledge, programming/coding/databases etc and the compensation for that is nowhere near what it needs to be, Now the company is making layoffs and while collective and individual consultancy sessions have taken place, it was just a formality and no feedback has been taken on board - people with massive experience will be exchanged for cheap employees for India (roughly 80% saving). We are still supposed to come in once a week and the office is just dead, even if full of people.

Great people, poor leadership in recent years

      Senior director
      Current employee
      Chicago, IL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great coworkers and very collaborative culture. People are smart, helpful, and fun to be around. Base pay is good.

      Cons

Recent restructuring was very poorly handled by leadership. There was a complete lack of direction and thoughtfulness that lead to chaos and confusion among the employees. Also, the vast majority of employees have not seen a bonus or pay increase in years, even those that are strong performers.
