- Good internal mobility and career opportunities. Seen lots of people change positions or get promoted. Not true for all teams, but generally they do a good job of developing talent.
Cons
Teams that are not client facing (backend) are not always given the credit and recognition they deserve. Also usually the last to be invested in.
