Cons
One area that could be improved is the communication between management and employees. The lack of clear career and consistent communication can sometimes lead to uncertainty around career progression.

It might be difficult to transfer the skills I learned here as a ds to other field. Also the policy for immigrant employee is not optimal.

Cons
Upper management seems to play favorites. Keep your head down and do your work, then go home. If you object anything from upper management, they will find any excuse to cut you.
