Management was constantly more worried about getting their bonus instead of staffing the store, Resulting in one or two employees constantly working 6+ days a wek, 10+ hour shifts. Even though on hire you are told it is part time hours, If you show you would like to grow and become MIT your hard work gets abused by management.

On the job training and flexible hours. Decent pay and lots of opportunity to move up. The late night shift allowed time for part time school and I'm already a night owl so it was a good fit.

We worked with the late night crowd so we saw a lot of characters. 97% of our customer base were awesome. They just wanted their cookie sandwich fix on a Friday night or a 6 pack of cookies after church. Conflict resolution skills were important for the remaining 3%
