Does Huawei Technologies offer massages?

Pros

If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding environment out of university it is a great option. All the staff have been very supportive and given all the support I have needed to develop my business skills, with regular 1:1 meetings with senior experienced members of the company to guide me, as well as being given extensive training courses in soft skills. If you prove that you can handle responsibility and drive forward your team then it is quickly recognized. The office also has its own Costa coffee and free gym passes.

No room for actual career advancement or vertical growth. Female Engineers usually lose their position or role after maternity leave. Also, the yearly contract renewal is inappropriate and there is job insecurity.
