Pros
Great people. Good benefits. Free lunch.(shrugs). Commissions good only if you’re selling tickets.
Cons
Constantly felt like I was expandable from management. Felt like I was never apart of the team due to separate offices (called “down the street folks” by other departments). Treated like we’re a third party vendor and not important to the organizations overall success. A lot of gaslighting from this organization unfortunately. Low base. TAXED heavily on anything you receive. Sold out. No seats which means NO commission. Save your money! Clients may not pay for tickets in full and you will owe it back to the company once they drop tickets. They do a very good job of saying the right things but we know actions speak louder than words and the actions were atrocious at times. Keep in mind it is the sports industry you will work a lot.
