Pros
Decent trucks, no slip seat
Cons
Without trying to make it too personal just understand before you choose to work here, this company operates on convenient truth.. What's true today will not necessarily be true tomorrow if it's inconvenient for the company.. In other words, if you hire on with a certain understanding of what your job description will be, the company will change that description according to their whim.. For instance I was told before hire that shift times start between 3am and 6am, not 2 days into the job I'm starting my shifts at all hours.. I've been assigned shifts as early as 00:00 all the way to 13:00 in the afternoon.. So not only do you not have a static shift time, you will never know what your start time will be for the next day until late the day before.. When I questioned this I was gaslighted.. Big heads up, they consider local driving to be "up to 250 miles" from base.. Which is hilarious if you consider they will also assign you loads that can go as far as 300 miles.. This means if you want to run local because you want to be home every night, just know that may not happen.. Management is rigid and they expect drivers to be flexible.. You can imagine what all else goes on.. Veteran drivers will be disappointed in the pay.. you could have over 15 years of experience and only get $21 per hour.. Overtime doesn't kick in until 50 hours.. It's one driver's opinion, but this company does not respect drivers.. Just make sure you understand what you're getting into before you sign up..
