Hello Molly has put in a new management team in the last 6 months who support their teams. It's a high-performance culture which I love, with good work-life balance and good people.

Great salary, but it’s not worth the money.

Red flags include - I believe the reality of the role did not match the job title or description presented to me. I personally found the leadership style and culture of the leadership team toxic. I felt the communication style was poor and felt micromanaged. Processes felt dated. I ended up feeling like I was incapable of my talent after building a solid and successful career - until I left the bubble.

Some good people in the team.

Management and the Director are a nightmare. The new Management Team were hired to “protect the staff,” the only person they’re there to protect is the Director and if they don’t they’re fired. Toxic culture, toxic management, toxic working environment, don’t bother with this company, it’s a waste of time.

Free snacks each week - not the most exciting

Office is actually a little too big - takes me a while to walk to the kitchen Sometimes feels like there is a lack of transparency or direction

toxic director and management, like to sack people in probation, ZERO work life balance, expected to be on call 24/7, culture of fear and blame, lazy managers who just do directors dirty work (but don't tell you what they want), no processes or direction for staff, no salary reviews
