Mapping from one project to another has proven to be a significant failure. The TDAP team does not value the H1B resources, making it very difficult to explore alternatives. I suggest avoiding this situation until 2029, as there is a lack of good leadership to find alternatives in the event of project shutdowns. For safety, we need to ensure that the job market recovers so that we can support ourselves. Alternatively, consider this as a backup plan while you search for a more stable project.
