How are the career development opportunities at HTC Global Services?

Working with My HTC Globals Service has been one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. There’s absolutely no career growth here — no promotions, no recognition, and zero transparency about how advancement even works Management treats employees with zero respect, like we're disposable or beneath them. The way they talk to people is downright demeaning — like you're a dog, not a professional. It creates a toxic work environment where morale is constantly low and turnover is high.

They also make false promises during onboarding, but once you're in, you're stuck with poor leadership, unrealistic expectations, and no support.

Colleagues, remote work, that’s literally it

Poverty wages, empty promises, no career advancement, poorly run, heavy workload, high expectations for the same wage as a fast food worker, never recognized for loyalty or how much work you do

Work life balance and colleagues are great to work with

No growth and no proper recognition Salary hike is very low even you can’t afford for petrol to commute to office

Company has a great connection with Australian Company which gives the opportunities to make a good connection.

It is a casual contract role and the company pays based on the minimum wage. Basically, you work as a contractor on the other company and there is no room to grow.

Very Good BFSI clients, work exposure is nice. Good place to learn

Work life balance is bad, Poor career growth. Poor HR management and takes their own time to sort out things. Not transparent in many things.. Gives some excuses for appraisals every year.. Very poor motivation from the management. Just work work work... Escalations will be highly escalated to management and lead to removal of the employee from the project, but appreciations are least bothered. Not at all employee friendly. Everything is slow from HR, Payroll, Finance...

Good Company with lot of opportunities for our growth and mentors also kind.

Internal politics and poor management makes the working environment toxic as it reduces the confidence in ourselves.

Salary increments are not in line with the effort and performance of employees. Career growth is slow, with limited promotion opportunities. Benefits and perks could be improved to match industry standards.
