How are the career development opportunities at Great Wolf Lodge?

lots of creativity and the schedule changes a lot

no opportunities for career growth, have to wear mascot costumes, make veryyyyy bad money, lot’s of racist managers and coworkers

Decent benefits and pay for an entry level job.

Unless you want to pursue a career in hospitality, not much room for advancement.

Upbeat environment, and employee recognition program

I feel they could offer there employees more such as better pay, better food discount and weekly pay would be nice

Typical hospitality work schedules. Not for everyone

Management shows gumption and there is considerable opportunity for career growth

Some micromanagement here and there but nothing too bad.

Good starting pay, discount, incentives, celebrates all inclusive days, pack recognition programs, culture can be a good when managers drink the Kool-aide too.

Lots of screaming kids, chaos, amuck, corporate directives sending new merch with no plans for the old stuff or storage capabilities, random directives audits, 5-10 rules must smile and say hello (there's hundreds of people, it gets old) The guests pay a lot of money to be here and GWL has no problem driving the price up.

Inclusive environment, great culture, fun and great management. Growing company with a lot of opportunities for growth.

I can't think of any negative aspects of working for Great Wolf!

Frequently has employee appreciation events 7. Strives to increase Effectiveness and efficiency 8. Actually cares about their customers 9. Unaware of any Toxic leadership 10. Recognizes and Rewards hard work 11. Paid Sick and Vacation time. 12. Requesting Time off is 9.9/10 times granted. 13. They provide meals for all shifts 14. Employees can REQ Day passes that allow them to bring up to like 7 people with them to the water park. 15. HR Team is very reliable. 16. Most hourly rates are great compared to local jobs. 17. Employees are generally kept very well informed regardless of position. 18. Corporate stays engaged but never unnecessarily oversteps. *BEST FOR LAST* MY #1 PRO: Working 8 hours shifts passes in what feels like 3 hours. I love it there so much the only thing I don't look forward to is my days off.

People complain about Their Prices not matching the quality of the food. (However feedback is necessary for growth. The kitchen staff are continuously working towards delivering the highest quality they can.)
