Pros
Ability to travel to other locations if viewed as a valuable employee; more opportunities than standard in-store role. Since the company is still new and growing, there is more visibility to long-term goals and a chance to give feedback when it comes to product needs and future production. The laid-back luxuary environment can be very enjoyable for some since it is unique compare to other super lux or contemporary brands. If at the right location, the team members and relationships are the best part of the job. Some of the regional managers are great but limited to fully supporting employees they believe in by corporate (the levels of approval needed from the US to Italy create unnecessary obstacles and setbacks.)
Cons
Work/life balance is not valued at all, and it is on the extreme end, even for a retail role. Many in corporate positions make false promises in an attempt to retain employees at all levels with little action to execute. It is a great place to move up quickly and gain experience for people in sales roles and more entry positions.
