What is the salary like at GoDaddy?

My experience with GoDaddy had both good and challenging moments during my short stay. I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of some positive aspects: • Great Colleagues: My team and manager were outstanding. They were incredibly supportive and professional. • Decent Benefits: The perks, like working from home and extra holidays made up for the small salary

However, the entire department I worked in was considered redundant in less than a year after hiring me. This was very disruptive to my life because I left a job that paid 30% more than GoDaddy. I was swayed by benefits like work from home and additional holidays. At the time I perceived there would be stability. Although these benefits were very good and I didn’t regret the low salary while working, the fact that having those benefits was short-lived and now I’m left with the uncertainty of finding a new workplace is, as it sounds, an unfortunate turn of situation.

Benefits are nice, and the pay is good if you hit your targets for the month.

Very stressful job. you are n the phone 98 percent of the time. If you don't have the mental capacity to get yelled at and cussed out by customers once in a while, its not the job for you. Also good luck getting to use your vacation time, unless you book 6-12 month in advance, you won't be able to use vacation.

Great Company that allows you to work remotely. Great pay and employee benefits. the company is open and transparent and communication is two way.

No job security. Every six months there are restructures and redundancies.

You can take a decent account of vacation.

No opportunities for advancement, low pay, CEO Ahman Butani is laying off Americans that built the company in favor of cheap international workers. Zero culture, holiday party cancelled, Everything for employees was cancelled.
