one of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had. An absolutely toxic company. The way upper management spoke to some of my casual staff lead to me dealing with many tears and a lot of frustration from staff. A lot of resignations. Understandable, as no complaints put into upper management about the toxic employees was ever done. Micro managing as everyone knows is the worst way to manage. Yet they encourage/ force micro managing on you. As a manager you are on call on your days off and the late nights, so you have zero work life balance what so ever. None of those hours are paid. Upper management will go into rosters delete/change everyone shifts with no notice. (Not in line fair work rules) the way they explain your pay which is already awful is very confusing. They like it that way because everything is shady. I have never been gaslighted by a job before it was a disgusting display of gaslighting when asking about pay. I have never and will never buy from this company again because of this experience. They Pride themselves on being a super chill beach vibe kind of company and they are so far from it.
