Processes are inconsistent.
Workload is very inconsistent.
Not much opportunity is given to learn new tech.
Depending on where you work, pay and benefits aren't really competitive.
They make you take an on call phone home for no compensation which is illegal. If you speak up there are infrences of retaliation. An employment lawyer needs to see this.
Salary is okay
Hybrid work (2 days WFH, 3 days office)
Free food (breakfast, lunch)
Not a lot of work (about 20% of work time is actual work)
Promotions are possible, even from temp background
