How is management perceived at Fortis Games?

      Fortis Games reviews

      It's a great company

      Operations manager
      Current employee
      Barcelona
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Awesome start-up atmosphere and opportunities, while also having a lot of perks you usually get in an established company. Huge opportunities for growing and building from scratch. You get to work with great, experienced people and some of them are absolute legends in their craft. Good, mature leadership that is committed to doing things differently. It's a truly remote, global company - which means you get a lot of flexibility but you also have to own your time management.

      Cons

No company is perfect and there are always things that can be improved, eg around employee support (IT, People functions I think still have a lot to demonstrate). Yet management is very open to feedback and once they identify different gaps they will take actions to improve.

      Senior software engineer
      Current employee
São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

to stay employed with a hope something will be released

      Cons

Everything! Poor management, terrible compensation, twisted structure, messy environment, and no games will ever be released with this kind of attitude

      The Company gives false hope

      Anonymous employee

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Maybe someday there will be games

      Cons

Management is horrible. They have the wrong people in certain positions that bottleneck processes. Favoritism runs rapid in certain groups. And funny how a game company has NO GAMES.
