As these assignments accumulated, they became increasingly unmanageable, particularly in the absence of established deadlines. Consequently, it became challenging to prioritize tasks, as multiple requests arrived simultaneously and often unexpectedly.
The compensation is adequate for managing a single brand; however, the expectation is to oversee more than two brands for the same salary. Additionally, over time, some of your allowances may be reduced as the company seeks to enhance its financial support.
