Pros
Work/Life balance as a remote worker was great.
Cons
Layoffs happen every year no matter how great the year has been for the company financially...they focus on making money and not valuing people.

Cons

Pros
There really are none. Fluke won’t even own the Fluke Health Solutions name publicly anymore. The changes are obvious.
Cons
This company is so mismanaged. The product portfolio is extremely limited. The competitors are aware and capitalize, shrinking the market share. The company continuously raises price to show revenue for lost market share. There is nothing new in the R&D pipeline. Self induced supply chain problems prevented the limited remaining products from shipping. Revenue has dwindled for months. Regulatory has no idea which products have FDA approval and are unaware when products are not properly sunsetted, leaving customers to deal with the fallout. In order to show profit they did the classic (dirty) layoff at the holidays, experience is not valued. Culture is toxic top to bottom. The FDA is a routine surprise visitor for product/service issues. The back office (accounting/IT etc) are shared with Fluke, there is zero autonomy of the companies. It’s a med device company run by industrial leadership who does not understand the market. The customers suffer as a result and go elsewhere. The outside sales teams are 1099 contractors, poorly treated by the company. They also are not paid on time for their efforts, if, at all. Good people either get laid off or leave after a year. Inside sales are glorified customer service reps. They are not encouraged to work as a team with outside sellers. There is no unity between outside/inside sales and marketing. Operations is its own wasteland, completely siloed from sales/marketing. Only work here if you are desperate, then keep job searching for a better company. Leadership gets promoted for poor company performance while the lower levels get the shaft. This ship is sinking, the competitors know it, the customers know it and leadership knows it. Leadership will ride this into golden parachutes at Fortive.
Pros
Pay, vacation allotments, development programs
Cons
Need to work in Everett for job security.
Pros
People are nice and willing to help
Cons
Pay is low and job is not interesting
