What is working from home like at Florida State University?

I dont really have any cons, I have been with FSU for a year and no complaints.

Management is invested. Management provides direction without micromanagement. Lots of autonomy in how to schedule your workload. Above average benefits.

No career progression for those not interested in management. Lower pay than the private sector. Trending toward removing WFH options.
