Same 3% raise each year regardless of work ethic or success. Whenever base pay for a position is increased, those with seniority end up making barely over the new base pay amount making your years of experience with the company mean nothing. Ex. worked there 15 years with 10+ in position and only make 2$ more than someone working there 2 years in the same position.
