Cons
Management is pretty inconsistent, tense environment, a lot of corporate drop-ins, and very high performance expectations. Upper Management is unsympathetic to family emergencies and anything reported to HR is not anonymous. High turn over.
Low pay, work Saturdays, close late, payrate increase minimal as possible, annoying customers, leadership isn’t that great, training is lame, no accountability for management, favoritism.
