Does Faurecia offer parental leave?

Pros

~Union ~Health/Dental ~401K ~paid time off ~point system ~Boot allowance ~Some good protective union reps ~Most holidays off ~Great pay ~Overtime ~ETC

Cons

~newcomers in management come and go ~some reps dont try as hard as they should, but they also put up with alot ~treat illnessed fmla leave poorly ~6 day weeks constantly, and mandated shifts can happen within 24 hours and for as many weeks in a row as they "need it". It is completely understandable when it is used for emergencies or peak seasons ~letc..

Advice to Management

Deputy/CEO,I appreciate the hard work, and for you trying to better communication with workers who were in the dark. I appreciated my job and the things you were doing for us, such as, Listening and reaching out to employees for their opinions and concerns and implementing them on the floor, and you also have done an amazing job keeping the workers posted and informed. Thank you. My advice is when it comes to people that have fmla, take a mental note, take some part in checking in on those that are still not back to work because of the system, or why they are even gone in the first place, and why they arent back. Keep an eye on the way your office people are handling the situations. They refuse phone calls, refuse Drs orders and letters of verification. I understand that people take advantage of the system. But, for those of us who have extreme pain visible to the eye and those of us with crippling mental illness that you cant see, please take those of us who are different, that have morals and know the difference between right and wrong. Instead of watching us like a hawk, also take into consideration the affects of your own office crew. They need supervision too. When new HR ignores people and plays games with the system causes more unneccesary hardships in peoples lives.
