Pros
- There are some good people that work at the company - They give free snacks
Cons
- There is no real sales strategy and sales tactics at Ezra is very much “throw everything at the wall and see what sticks”. A lot of salespeople are struggling at Ezra particularly on the new business side and this is a poorly managed team - The CEO is obsessed with WFH policy. The wellbeing of his own people is by no means at the forefront of his mind which is ironic given Ezra are “wellbeing experts” - Building on this, budgets are tight for mass employee related social events. I’m talking cold sausage rolls at Xmas party etc. While leadership teams are jetting around the world and getting good pictures for Linkedin -Big element of favouritism in the organisation. Ezra likes to think of themselves as having an “open door policy” to new ideas and contributions. But in reality, only ex-LHH employees have a voice in the company - Sales leadership is poor across the board particularly on the new biz side, should consider hiring player/managers as opposed to just lazy managers
