The pay is low and you would have to treat it like a full time job to receive the minimum wage of the Philippines. The payment method is was only through Gcash, which is a bit inflexible for people who wants to work outside the country.
Lot's of flexibility but other than that there isn't anything worth mentioning.
Cons
Low pay, terrible benefits and basically the management will never take your side. The Learner is always right no matter what they do. The company puts absolutely no trust in teachers.
