What is the company culture like at Doha British School?

I would be difficult to say

Decided against returning to the school after the conflict broke out. School refused to pay staff for a month they had already worked to try and force staff to return. Zero transparency from HR, with SLT unable to support staff because of this. Business perspective there are a considerable number of schools far more supportive to work at. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Caring and kind management team. Good structures in place to help teachers in the day to day.

Communication from management can be poor. Lack of care for well being, and too much focus on profit instead of investing in technology resources etc.
