I’ve had mostly good experience with consistent growth opportunities, the people are mostly nice, flexible work from home schedule

Below market pay due to internal promotion, low culture due to remote benefits

This is an ad agency. As such sometimes there are long days and long hours. Follows the same sort of industry behaviors of there sometimes being too much work and not enough people. Alot of promotion freezes as well.

1. career stability can be guranteed and the trust foundation between the team I was in and the clients we worked with was very strong. 2. definitely there will be overtime but from what my experience is was seasonal, depending on cycle or ad-hoc request, overall very managable.
