Pros
- Amazing culture that starts from the top. By amazing culture I mean: fun events; fun people; nearly zero politics; respectful leadership
- No layoffs in the history of the company. Quite amazing considering so many tech companies were laying off left and right just a few years ago
- Free lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Not always the most appetizing food however, it's free and you can make yourself a decent plate
- Pretty good benefits including: unlimited PTO; fitness reimbursement; phone reimbursement; home office setup
Cons
- Most departments do not offer full time remote work. Although I enjoy working here, I may have to leave the company soon since I plan to relocate and there's no office where I'm going.
- No end of year bonus despite the company being quite successful
- No end of year party for the company as a whole
