Toxic, obnoxious, incompetent leadership and management

      Graphic designer
      Current employee
      New York, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great fruits, drinks, snacks, food bar.

      Cons

      - Leadership lacks competence and fosters a negative work environment. - Compensation is below industry standards. - Employee benefits have been declining. - Limited career growth opportunities, making promotions slow and difficult. - No bonuses, and stock grants are minimal. - The CEO and most leaderships have poor design sense but disregards professional input. - Poor work life balance.

Great office perks! Slow promotion rates

      Designer
      Current employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

Free lunch 3 days of the week, beautiful office space

      Cons

Slow promotion cycles and lack in opportunities to grow

Company only see you as a number

      Senior tse
      Former employee
      Dublin, Dublin
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Honestly the only reason to work here is the free snacks and lunches during the week.

      Cons

Constantly overworking support staff and moving KPIs without taking into consideration the affect it has on staff (called out in other reviews). Refuse to help accommodate staff with mental heath issues other than offering an app provided from another company and then washing their hands of the situation. Little to no promotion opportunity to move to other departments (other than sales) or get a promotion. Salary is far below what other companies offer for same position. Little to no support from management regarding personal or professional growth. Huge push to take calls, to the point it is turning into a call center. Management will find a way to punish you if you speak up, even though you are asked to do so. If its not what they want to hear they make sure you don't do it again. Very much a do as we say not as we do mentality in there.

      Pros

Great company to work for, perks and terms, culture, colleagues, easy to sell products, looks great on your CV.

      Cons

Junior entry level department mentality- no recognition for employees, low morale, dismissive management, unreasonable KPIs. No career path or plan for Customer Success. If you are interviewing for this job make sure you are ok with the career path, promotions, internal mobility opportunities and realistic timeline.

      Cons

      - very political high school esk culture - base pay is low - promotion path to from COMM to MM is slow and highly politically driven - accounts are ran through and majority are terrible because DD hires 100s of sellers at low pay to cover as many accounts at the same time as possible
