Pay is decent given the workload. Work-life balance is rather acceptable. Starting pay for fresh graduates is high, close to S$6k per month.
Cons
Job gets quite stale after a while. Feels purposeless. May be because there are lots of red tape. Occasionally there are meaningful projects, but it doesn't happen all the time.
