Pros
- Most of the employees that were not senior management were great
Cons
- Male-driven environment
- Excessive work politics, senior management is toxic, HR gossips
- No work/life balance, unless it's a health concern. Life or death sort-of excuse
- Incredible amount of micro-managing, even lunch times are managed. Forget breaks. Forget your child *If you have to leave just a little early to pick up your child, you'd have to compensate for that time--even if it's only half an hour*
- Pay/benefits is insufficient for the workload
- No check-ins (If you have any sort of work concerns, don't bother and throw it out of the window)
- No career growth
- No budget for anything. You'll be lucky to receive a *free lunch* expensed by a client, but yet senior management are given fancy cars to drive around
