Poor senior management and terrible ELT hires, the culture has been completely ruined in the last year, no work life balance and a bully mentality culture

Every year Cisco is ranked #1 places to work and working there you immediately see why. The community is great, benefits are as well. The culture there is super inclusive and the work life balance for most of the people I encountered was always balanced.

The layoffs/ restructuring. Cisco does layoffs a few times a year and it is a very stressful and nerve wrecking time.
