I love working here, I love the culture, the work/life balance, pay is good.

It's monotonous work, because there are so many teams it's all niches. Pay could be better, appraisals have been underwhelming

WFH based on business units & teams, don't get to meet teams in person and have an office setup for work all the time, No team trips/outings, Average salary & hike.

Decent pay and work life balance

A lot of layoffs happen, in order to show profits the company tends to cut down on employees frequently, sad part is layoffs are not performance dependent, I have seen people getting terminated even after performing as per the expectations.It all depends on business needs, so be careful, not a stable company.
