Pros
I have been working at Ciklum as a Backend Developer for 8 months now, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies in terms of working conditions and loyalty. Recruiter Yulia Derevyanchenko responded to my resume, who presented the project very professionally: from the client's field of activity to a detailed list of technologies and process organization (and it really is!).
The recruitment process consisted of several stages and took less than 10 days:
1. Productive conversation with HR.
2. Taking an hour-long test.
3. Interview with a developer from Pakistan.
4. Interview with the team leader.
5. Interview with the Delivery Manager.
All stages were clear, and communication was easy and effective. HR specialists respond quickly to any requests and are always ready to help. I also like the presence of an individual development program, which involves setting personal goals and selecting courses and certifications.
The office has nice perks like free fruit and candy. Every employee gets health insurance, and for me a free gym membership was a huge plus. I would like to separately mention the excellent technical support: the laptop was provided with exactly the features I requested (in particular, with a Type-C connector so that it could be charged from a power bank, and expanded RAM for a large project).
The project team consists of talented specialists, all of whom are open to cooperation and always ready to help. Working here is a pleasure. Overall, I am very glad that I chose Ciklum, and I confidently recommend the company to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable working environment.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to ride to the office due to car jams.
