Not a lot of room for growth, and stability is lacking given we're subject to the market for consulting, no benefits since we're all 1099

-small, lean-mode startup -Working to solve problems government agencies and healthcare orgs face on the regular basis -Work alongside NGOs -Identify pain points quickly in clients and move to solve, very agile

-Limited contracts & funding -Limited size means not much progression or career outlook -Company VP was going through some health spells, meaning any time I needed him he was OOO and CEO was tech illiterate so I essentially could either wait for the VP who knows what he's doing, or explain to the CEO why I need something until I'm exhausted only to be asked again "but why?"
