Clinicians/co workers are wonderful with supportive immediate supervisors. Very flexible schedule.
Cons
Initial intake of very complex patients limited to 30 minutes which is far and away below industry standards. Constantly changing expectations, operating procedures, technology, applications. Increased administrative responsibilities without additional pay while cutting support teams (crisis team gone). Monthly meetings (paid) and trainings for previously stated "constant change" nixed in favor of a newsletter. Now requiring contract employees who generally don't work daily to check in daily and attend to administrative tasks that were previously covered by a clinical coverage team (again unpaid). Lack of transparency re: decision making, company direction. Promised "full schedule" was not even 50% for months on end. Random mass lay offs.
