Does Brave Thinking Institute offer parental leave?

Co-workers were the only thing good about the company, now they are gone too.

The PTO is the worst (1 day earned per month and this includes sick days), they force you to do a dance (energizers) at monthly meetings which is humiliating for a lot of people. Their approach to everything (Marketing, innovation, services , etc) is stuck in 2010. And it’s all run by nepo babies. Any company that forces you to read their values at every meeting (no matter how big or small) doesn’t act on those values. They pretend they care but don’t even offer parental leave. Then the nepo babies brag/share about their “dream achieved” AKA exotic vacations and private planes while everyone else is scrambling to make ends meet and no time to achieve their dreams. It’s gaslighting at its finest. Should be called “Cult Thinking Institute.”
