      Pros

Cheap food , pension the usual

      Cons

Management expect you to do overtime for free all the time regardless of offering overtime as extra pay at the start. By the time you've done all your hours the salary is close to minimum wage and you have no life due to pushing close to maximum hours.

      Terrible Company!

      Cons

Unrealistic when it actually comes to doing the job. In fact they work the drivers so hard that most get driving infringements and break there hours on a regular basis. Most are then forced to come into work as punishment for not being fast enough, and sit in canteen till there hours are refreshed. A total backwards company. They induct you with the impression of take your time, don't rush because that's how accidents happen, to treating you like your not good enough. Never enough staff or drivers because of the overloading work environment. People are leaving quicker than they can recruit them fact. They have a very in depth driving/training programme (which is good), which are carried out by 2-3 trainers, all are very nice genuine blokes in fairness. However once your induction is over, the realism sets in. If you like working over 12 hours a day for an average wage at best then go work here. They will push you until you break. You have been warned. Most of the drivers and warehouse staff are all actually nice and polite people. Some management and some office people make this a very toxic place to be.
