BWI redid the leveling system to make it harder to work up to better pay. Recognition from superiors is rare even when performance reviews are extensively filled out. In my current position, manager is always MIA and upper management has allowed behavior to go on for years (multiples reports with no retribution). Petty behavior/gossiping between co-workers is common. The people who complain the most are the ones who get promoted up.

-New employees are hired every single month,even without experience. -Management lack a sense of what's going on -VERY low salary -Zero maintainence of great people with knowledge -Old software -Repetitive documents -Too many projects to move inbetween,can't study something for long term. -Decision making at it's WORST. -Toxic work environment.

Family like environment, very tolerating on exam period.

Can't think of any, maybe of you want high end salaries as the hightech this is not the place.
