Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear about your perception of Aya and our leadership.
We recognize that recent changes have been difficult. These restructuring decisions were not made lightly, nor from a place of financial hardship. They’re part of a broader strategy to increase access to care and reduce overall healthcare costs. Investing in automation and offshoring select administrative functions allows us to remain competitive and scale effectively, which ultimately protects the long-term opportunities for our organization and teams. These changes impact a small portion of our corporate workforce, and for those affected, we’ve offered generous severance and extended benefits to help ease the transition.
We understand that some perks, like our campus or suite, might be viewed as nonessential, but we believe they aid in providing a best-in-class employee experience which is essential to attracting and retaining the talent that will shape Aya’s future.
We remain deeply grateful to every team member who’s helped drive our growth. While not everyone will agree with every decision, please know we’re committed to thoughtful, long-term choices that support both our mission and our people.
If you're open to sharing more about your experience, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn from it. Please reach out to Amber Zeeb, our Chief People Officer, at feedback@ayahealthcare.com.
