What is the salary like at Axians?

The benefits in terms of health insurance and expenses to buy technological equipment. This is the standard in all companies nowadays.

Progression options are very limited, and employees are not properly valued. there is a lot of pressure on us which increases with time and confidence. The salary is very low compared to other companies.

Good pay for the position. WLB good.

In my opinion the company has a good culture and is a good place to grow and to build a career.
