The good will and helpfulness of people around you is amazing. I felt very welcome joining the company. Mentorship program during intership was great and the mentor did allocate time every day for assistance and guidance. The company itself is rather small in some respect, which means that it is also agile and in terms of career growth and diversity of projects there are a lot of opportunities.

The industry itself (marketing, advertisement) is in flux, hence being in this kind of company does require a bit of resilience from an individual to constant change and constant change of projects.
