Audley Travel Response
nowThe culture we’ve created for our employees has been built over the last 26 years by listening and acting on their feedback, and with over 900 employees (some of whom have been with us from the start or have left and then returned to us), we take great pride in having created a professional environment where everyone feels listened to, valued, involved and where they can relax and have fun through numerous social events throughout the year in the workplace.
We know that our people are happy working at Audley because we ask them that very question every quarter in our employee engagement survey, together with a whole host of other questions such as ‘feeling comfortable being myself at work’, ‘equal opportunity to succeed’ and what their relationship is like with their manager (do they feel supported, communicated to, does the manager have the right skills and abilities to lead the team and does the manager care about them as a person).
We would take it very seriously if we received a complaint in the form of bullying and address any issues as soon as we were made aware of them. Diversity Equity and Inclusion is at the very heart of our organisation and every single employee understands the importance of inclusiveness and treating each other with the respect that they deserve.
There are a number of avenues and options that employees can take to give their feedback and we would encourage the writer of this review to seek out those such as a HR business partner, a senior leader or a member of our Group Executive Board to discuss their individual concerns so the appropriate action can be taken.
