Respectable pay for a part time job Classes are usually empty after the first few weeks, so you don't have to do too much. Easy to get in touch with the main professors

May have to be a little bit flexible to cover other TAs when they can't teach their classes.

Once you get your foot in the door there are so many opportunities to work with various departments. Great people to work with, they can become family. Great benefits.

They will always ask for an academic discount. Getting your foot in the door can be difficult as they usually hire through people they know. Salaries often lag behind for digital marketing jobs. They are reticent about remote work. Not always the most inclusive for job hiring.
