-pay is not competitive; sales associates make minimum wage and management only makes 1-3 dollars more for triple the work and hours. Raises are usually small and far in between and only given to management.
-depending on the location management can be either really good or really bad
-high turnover of staff
-not enough breaks for longer shifts
