If your upline is not good your business will suffer. Pyramid schemes are never good for most, only beneficial for the few on top.

Limited long-term opportunities for interns, slow decision-making process, some outdated systems still in use. According to me they give heavy loads to their employee

My leadership team seemed pretty understanding and flexible with me. The pay was reasonable, and you only worked you hours so led to decent work life balance.

The only negative is Amway seemed to be a little stagnant. At least in growth opportunity, If I stayed a bit longer, maybe there would have been an opportunity eventually. But there were a lot of employees who were inline before me and some who stayed in the same positions for years.
