Quite a bad experience. The organization has limited scope for learning without. Daily targets and goals are uncertain. Everyone reports to the CEOs moods and whims. The HR team does not clarify or communicate anything and directs you to the CEO for every small questions. On top of this there are salary issues. The salary never comes on time. There are no healthcare benefits here and they expect you to not take any leave and show up every day and work late without any life. This leads to confused employees trying to please the CEO and backstabbing each other. No policies or teams. Every person for himself. Weird.
