I have been with Allied Universal for eight years now and I have loved working here. The executive leadership and the branch teams are all amazing to work with. It truly is a team approach when you work at AUS. The company is constantly working to evolve and adapt with the changing needs of our industry, and we are leading the charge in technological advancements. The pay is great, and they are very generous with their commission and bonus structures. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience to work for this company and I plan to finish out my career here for many years to come.

I don't really have any cons to report. But what I will say is that you have to be able to keep up with a quick pace of work here. Things are always changing and you will be juggling a ton of projects all at once. If this is not something you enjoy, then this wouldn't be the company for you.
